Scope
This policy applies to purchases of digital content delivered electronically. No physical shipping occurs.

Delivery of digital content

• Where: Worldwide (internet access required).

• How: After successful payment, you receive a download link by email and/or access via your account/order page.

• When: Usually immediately after payment confirmation. If manual review or prepayment is needed, delivery occurs within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

• No shipping fees: Digital items have no postage or customs charges.

• Didn’t get the email? Check your spam/junk folder and allow our domain; contact us if nothing arrives soon so we can resend.

Technical requirements

Use a compatible device, stable internet, and sufficient storage. We recommend keeping a backup of your downloads.
